Jugo-Impex E.E.R. is a leading company in the recycling of hazardous and non-hazardous waste in Serbia. EER was founded in 1994 and since then continuously tries to improve their impact on society. EER employs about 150 workers. Company recycles more than 10.000 tones per year of waste of electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and has 70 different collection points. Licensed for the collection, transport, storage and treatment of WEEE. Have the permission for the collection and treatment of hazardous waste and the necessary permits for the ADR transport. The main activity of EER is to recycle WEEE. Components of electric devices recycled in company include heavy metals such as iron, aluminum, copper and also hazardous substances. Recycling plant is based on innovative technology ensuring safe extraction of hazardous substances from cooling appliances. Treatment of cooling devices and other WEEE is done with separation by hazardous and non-hazardous components, as well as the separation by light from heavy metals and plastics. MEWA plant shredder QZ2000 and freon recovery plant from polyurethane foam with a fine dust filter and the addition recycling PUR – foam. Has the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates and CE mark for the complete plant as a part of the TUV standardization.
